Um nicht gleich an ihrem ersten Tag als Streifenpolizistin des Bokuto Polizeireviers zu spät zu kommen nimmt Natsumi Tsujimoto mit ihrem Moped einige verkehrswidrige Abkürzungen. Miyuki Kobayakawa, ihres Zeichen nicht nur geniale Mechanikerin, sondern auch eine der besten Fahrerinnen der Polizei, verfolgt sie und verpasst ihr einen Strafzettel. Als sie dann doch endlich im Revier ankommt stellt sie fest, dass ihre neue Partnerin ausgerechnet jene Frau ist, die sie gerade noch erwischt hat.
